I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out, especially Ekaterina, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ekaterina was incredibly supportive, offering helpful advice about the local area, making sure all my needs were met, and always with a smile. Her warm personality made a big difference and contributed to a memorable experience. It's clear she genuinely cares about the guests and their well-being. The hotel itself was pristine, with beautiful, well-maintained facilities. I felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure guests had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Ekaterina definitely deserves a raise for her exceptional service and dedication. She is an absolute asset to the hotel, and her efforts truly made my stay special. Such an amazing find, we will definitely be returning here for future Milan trips! The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice between sweet, savoury, even gluten free. Alvin (the gentleman working the breakfast) was so lovely and accommodating for any request. Very nice garden to enjoy an aperitivo, and the area is wonderful as well, as it was very close to where we needed to go, and also very comfortably located from the center (a 20min walk, or 2 stops on the metro). The room was super clean, and the sheets were very nice too. Perhaps the best part were the staff, who were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful for any advice we asked (the restaurant they suggested was fantastic). Cannot wait to come back and stay here in the future!

A nice hotel not far from the metro station and in half an hour’s walk to the Milan Cathedral. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and responsive. We arrived before the check-in time and left our backpacks at the reception. The backpacks were already delivered to the room when we checked in and the receptionist texted me when the room was ready for check-in. Very kind! The breakfast is delicious, there are enough items to choose from and the chef offers to prepare coffee and hot chocolate for those who wish. The hotel has a pleasant small green yard.

I have stayed at Townhouse 33 on numerous occasions - probably over 6 times. Firstly, location is perfect. Via Goldoni is quiet & everything you need is very walkable - supermarket just around the block, great restaurants, parks, 20 mins to the Duomo. Then the hotel itself - small, boutique, characterful, tastefully renovated. I think I must have stayed in almost all classes of rooms & they are all great. The breakfasts are very good & they will cook you all manner of eggs at your request. The staff are courteous & make you feel like a special guest.

The best thing about our trip to Milan was our beautiful and pretty hotel. The room was very well decorated, comfortable and clean. I liked the small balcony in front of it. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The breakfast was marvelous. I liked the scrambled eggs and cookies. The staff was very friendly and polite. Many thanks to Katia and Claire. The lobby was very nice to spend some time for coffee and tea. The location was very close to beautiful restaurants and bus stops.
